Shipping Policy – Rienna Designs Cat Accessories

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be made before delivery or shipping.

1. Local Delivery

Orders are delivered by Rienna Designs within 1–5 business days once your order is ready.

Free local delivery for the following postcodes: 5118, 5116, 5115, 5117, 5501

$5 local delivery for the following postcodes: 5111, 5121, 5352, 5350, 5115, 5371, 5400, 5112, 5502, 5501, 5120, 5113, 5114, 5110, 5108, 5109, 5107, 5006, 5007, 5106, 5127

Notes:

  • Please leave notes at checkout if you need to organise a suitable delivery time.

  • If no instructions are provided, your order will be left in a safe place at your address.

  • You will not receive a tracking number, but will receive a text from us once your order is delivered. 

  • Rienna Designs is not responsible for loss or damage once an order has been delivered and left unattended.

2. Shipping 

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate – arrives in 3–8 business days once shipped.

  • Express Shipping: $15 flat rate – arrives in 1–4 business days once shipped.

Notes:

  • If you select "Authority to Leave" or Australia Post leaves your parcel in a safe place, Rienna Designs is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once delivered.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and Australia Post delays, especially in rural or remote areas.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Pick-Up

Pick-up at our market stall in South Australia is also available. Please contact us in advance to confirm we have your order on the day.
