Rienna Designs Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your cat!) to love your purchase. Please read our return policy below.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@riennadesigns.com.au Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Proof (such as photos of the product and packaging) is required before a refund can be approved.

Once an item has been played with or worn by your cat (or another animal), it is no longer eligible for a return or refund, unless the fault was present on arrival.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (as our products are handmade to order)

  • Used toys and accessories

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process.
